Mix 1 oz of Colourage Deposit Only Color thoroughly with 1 oz of Deposit Only Processor or Colourage 10 volume liquid developer in the applicator bottle until a uniform consistency is achieved. Apply the prepared mixture evenly to the desired area. Process at room temperature for 20 minutes. The Colourage Deposit Only Processor is recommended to ensure consistent and reliable processing results while preserving the structural integrity of the hair. |
NORMAL HAIR: Apply to the desired area. Process for 20 minutes at room temperature. RESISTANT HAIR: Apply to the resistant area first, before applying to the entire head. Cover with a plastic cap and process under dryer for up to 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute cool down at room temperature. USED AS A REFRESHER: Apply color to new growth only and process. Pull through ends. |
The Colourage Deposit Only Color line features an extensive palette organized into Natural, Cool (Ash and Violet), Warm (Gold), Reds (Red Orange, Natural Red and Red), and Specialty categories, including Silver and Clear options.
Each shade is designed for straightforward mixing at a 1:1 ratio with the recommended processor, yielding a smooth, workable consistency suitable for bottle application. Processing times are tailored to hair porosity: normal hair requires 20 minutes at room temperature, whereas resistant hair benefits from a plastic cap and controlled heat for up to 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute cool-down period.
The product may also be applied selectively as a refresher to new growth, with color pulled through the ends as needed.
